I redesigned Audible’s mobile shopping experience to help new users learn about Audible and to help existing members use the site more easily and efficiently. The new design significantly outperformed the existing site, outperforming best-case projections by 50% for new subscriber acquisition, and 375% for revenue.
Role:
Lead UX design and helped to define the visual design. I defined patterns, key page states, work-flows, and prototypes. I participated in usability studies and used the findings for further refinement.
